hello pple...hahaz..decided 2 blog again afta a damn long while s u can c frm my last entry..lol..had trouble rememberin e user name n password man...hmmm k... had e standard chartered marathon on sun...did quite alrite...43.34 mins for e mens team 10km... afta me was timothy chow den simon,ronald,zac n madan.. added time was 3:10:7 n ova all position iz 7..not bad pple...well done... haha..atmosphere was great.. had a damn good time runnin n pple out there...might wanna try next yr... k yesterday(mon) went 2 suntec 2 pick up a wallet...60 bucks man...haha..but quite nice lar..anyways my mum iz payin 4 me s a xmas present so nvm...yea so rushed 2 sch 4 trainin afta tad...woah terrible man...muscles all ache...coach made us do skippin 4 an hr...crazy fella... one day afta marathon ask us skip so long...haiyo...yup...den came home n had dinner den had tuition... my tutor nicely bought ice kachang so i juz sit down n eat while she explain 2 me hist...haha...den asked her 2 end early oso cuz was damn tired n had abit of a temperature...so went 2 bed afta tad... so 2day...woke up at around 6.15 to go trainin...couldnt stand up sia...had problem walkin 2 e toilet oso...haha...but at least dint hav fever anymore so could train...so dad dropped me off at macritchie n was slightly drizzlin... when i walked in there was lyk no 1 except 4 e stc gals so i called ronald...na bei..e fella muz hav juz woken up cuz could hear hez voice so he said not trainin...tod i was e onli 1 trainin wit e gals but luckily e new guy naresh or sumthin came oso juz s we were bout e start... so e gals went off first den me n naresh went off....ran a few metres n mr zehnder asked ur 2 come back cuz tiz new tcher frm stc came n mr zehnder asked us 2 wait 4 him cuz he'll b joinin us...so yea...went big tree n came back.. stretched n went 2 e gals route n back den did 200m 10 times..came home afta tad n decided 2 make sum pasta cuz lazy 2 go out n buy food...haha...den slp 4 an hr cuz had tuition...had problems wakin up but finally did...waited n waited but my tutor dint come...called her den no1 pick up so decided 2 go back n slp...hahazz..yea den woke up round 6 n went 2 get dinner...woah im sick of eatin out man... miss home cook food...but nvm...grandparents n mum comin back in a wks time...so shall bear wit it.. well yup now here im bloggin...bored wit nuthin 2 do so guess i'll b goin back 2 slp...trainin again 2morrow... haiz... hmmm hope i can take tiz 6 times a wk trainin until track trainin stops den can hav a more flexible trainin schedule...well...k guess tadz bout all...good nite pple..haha ~*~*~*~*~*~ |
